This website provides links to rescue groups in the Negev and other regions in Israel. I translate basic information to English. In case of emergency; contact the organizations in Israel.
Please Adopt, Foster or donate directly to the rescue groups/ volunteers. They need help to feed dogs/cats/horses/donkeys and pay veterinary bills.

Volunteer - help animal sanctuaries
While visiting Israel, or if you live in Israel you can volunteer in these sanctuaries. Make sure you have insurance,(incase you get injured) do not bring young children and be careful; rescued stray animals are fearful and their behavior is unpredictable. Also, plan the trip to a sanctuary located in a remote location, so you don't get lost. Do not hitchhike. Its always better to travel in groups. Having said that, the sanctuaries desperately need help and it can be a wonderful, fun experience to interact with the rescued animals. thank you!

Keren Or Sanctuary
Our Farm operates almost entirely thanks to the dedication of our volunteers. Dozens of animal lovers attend the farm almost 24/7 to help provide for all its needs: from animal care (cleaning, feeding, walking, playing, providing medical care and showering - with love) to handling all the farm’s maintenance, cleaning, mending and construction tasks.
Even various professional services, such as accounting, legal and marketing services, are provided to the farm by volunteers. We all have become one big family, who shares a common goal. to provide a haven for rescued animals and to people in need of various forms of emotional solace.
Located in Beit Berl, central Israel.
